Does Yoga and Cake float your Boat?

Channel your inner mermaid and sailor as you step on the mat to move to the sound of the waves and later embark on an exciting sailing tour around the coast of Barcelona. And because all the adventuring will make us hungry we will enjoy some healthy treats on board.

Yoga And Sailing In Barcelona
I teamed up with Barcelona Sailing Day to offer you the best way to start into your Sunday.
We come together in a small group of just 8 people to enjoy a class of energising morning yoga followed by a relaxing trip on the sailing yacht enjoying the skyline and sun of Barcelona. Whether you are looking for a way to relax and rewind to gather all the energy for the new week or just want to enjoy the beautiful blue skies of Barcelona from a different point of view, this will definitely feel like a fun mini vacation.
And because the best people bond over good food you will be served drinks, snacks and a healthy treat on board.
It will be a sweaty, stretchy and relaxing Vinyasa inspired class including movement, breathing and a relaxing Savasana at the end. The class is open to all levels and beginners are always welcome.
Come move, cheer, relax and laugh in good company to explore Barcelona from a different angle and to get to make new friends.

What is the Yoga like?

This is a 60 minute Vinyasa inspired class including movement, breathing and a relaxing savasana at the end. The class is open to all levels and beginners are always welcome.

What languages do you speak?

This experience will be held in English but we also speak Spanish and German.

What should I bring?

Please show up in comfortable clothing to do yoga in. You may want to bring warmer clothing to protect against the wind. Temperatures are usually a bit more chilly when on the boat than on land. We recommend flat shoes if possible with white soles (to not mark the boat). Optional you can bring sunglasses, sunscreen, camera or phone to take pictures and whatever other personal items you like.
Yoga mats, drinks and snacks are provided.

Can I change after the Yoga class?

There is a toilet on board and if you like you can change out of your Yoga clothes on the boat. We would however recommend to just show up in sports clothes and bring some warmer clothing for the boat.

What happens If I Arrive Late?

We can not wait for you as this affects the experience of the other guests so please arrive on time. Late-arrivals or no-shows will be treated as a cancellation and cannot be refunded or rebooked.

What happens when the weather is bad?

If the event has to be cancelled due to bad weather and it is not possible to reschedule you will be offered a refund.

I can't swim

The boat is equipped with all the necessary safety equipment and you can put on a life jacket on board if you like. Please inform us when booking that you can’t swim.

I have some injuries

Please let us know when booking about any injuries you have.

I have some more questions

We will be happy to hear from you. Please send your questions to
